My 2600 is one of the few synths I've sold and really regret. My reasoning is still sound (it was slowly deconstructing, and I didn't have time/resources to renovate it), but I'll never get that good of a deal on another one.
Oh man, I can see how that would be a source of regret. I really like the sound of Arp stuff for some reason... Never played with a 2600, though.
I love the Arp 2600, but don't think I've ever used one that was over 80% functioning :)
