Given how many awesometastic reverbs there are out there that, say, come with the DAW, this one will be a tough sell.
Yeah, I don't really understand the appeal of algorithmic stuff now that convolution is so widespread, but different strokes for different folks, I suppose...
I had the opportunity to hear a really, reaally nice algo reverb this weekend - but it was $5000 in hardware.
I suppose if you've got something that sounds that good algorithmically, then yeah. But really, everybody's probably got a good convo these days.
Also, I think it's normal when a newer technology comes along to get nostalgic for the old way of doing things. I mean, for years sampler manufacturers were doing everything they could to avoid aliasing and not bitcrushers are all the rage...
This is some nice looking reverb here, make you feel like a 'pro') Duno about quality.
Realy interesting how visual design of vst plugins is so important.
There is no other software category where visual represenation had so much impact.
If vst plugin will have standart windows UI, it likes it sounds cheaper(in fact can be oposite).
Sorry for little offtopic.
