I thought it might be fun today to post some video demos of some vintage gear on the rarer end of the spectrum. Let's face it, we all know what a Minimoog sounds like by now. But what does an E & MM Spectrum Synthesizer sound like? This is a new one by me... apparently from a build-it-yourself kit issued back in 1979.

I used to have one of these - as mad as a balloon! Swapped for a Drumulator (doh!) and ultimately ended up with 808 State.
