Ken Macbeth's latest creation is to be a compact desktop synth module called the Micromac.  Sounds pretty nice, although the $2,300 pricetag may be a deal-breaker for many.

A Look at the the Electronic Music Works EMW-200 with Atomic Shadow


Rod Mitchell aka Atomic Shadow sent me his review of the EMW-200, which is a recreation of the vintage Electrocomp EML-200.  The company making the EMW-200, Electronic Music Works is based in Brazil.  It's not often you hear of synths originating in that part of the world!
