Cool Source for Free Kontakt Sounds
If you're a user of Native Instruments' excellent Kontakt software sampler, you might want to head on over to Professional Kontakt Buildz, a blog that offers up free sample sets in Kontakt format. There's some pretty quirky stuff there, so it's well worth checking out for spots of random weirdness.

I'm sure there are some nice things there but I have a problem with this guy.
One of his early "Kontakt Buildz" had samples from Hollow Sun in it. More on that here: http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=3807707
I think things kind of blew up, you know KVR...
He lists KVR and Gersic as "Sites to AVOID (like the Plague !!!" at http://0on3.wordpress.com/links-get-the-goodiez/
I actually got a particularly nasty email from the guy a few weeks ago, calling me names and whatnot for something I supposedly had done or said. I haven't a clue what he was talking about but I'm surprised he didn't put me on his plague list.
Yeesh... I had no idea. Thanks for the heads up.
Also - all the links for the instruments I was interested in are no longer up.
Would be a nice site, if someone was running it...
