If it's as cool for online collaboration as ohmicide is for distortion, this is gonna be sweet indeed.... (but that's a big IF).
I really love the OHM effects and MiniMonsta. However I'm iffy on this for a few (in my opinion well justified) reasons. 1) the studio is all online, meaning if you don't have an internet connection for whatever reason you are out of luck. Might as well keep another DAW kicking around just in case. 2) Since its all web based latency (or lag) can become an issue especially if you're on a DSL line or a shared connection and someone decides to fire up a torrent or play some WoWCrack. 3) Since it IS from what I understand almost entirely online whats to keep someone from getting into your song file and screwing things around, not much really just get someones account info who has access to the song. 4) and this is a big one. It relies on a central server. So what happens in a year if it doesnt take off that well and they only have a hand full of users? If they pull the plug on the server then no one can use the product and all their songs are gone. I have this same issue with Steam and other central hubs. If the hub goes down you're boned. Also since its web based what would prevent me from using it in firefox?
