Wow... never even heard of this one before. Built by Ionic Industries in Morristown, NJ in 1973. Apparently they were a US distributor for EMS and this was a thinly-veiled rip-off of the VCS3, although with what many considered to be a far superior interface.(There's a VST emulation of it, if you're interested: http://maltedmedia.com/people/bathory/killer.html#vsti)
